  • Quality

Priority is offering the absolute highest quality of meats, pork, chicken, fish, seafood, and specialty meats in Southwest Colorado—all products are hormone and antibiotic free, and humanely and sustainably raised, including any fish or seafood that may not be wild caught.

  • The Team

The Jack’s team is led by Chef Charles Childers who has more than thirty years of experience in the food industry and as a chef.

  • Daily Roasted Rotisserie Chickens

Rotisserie chickens are cooked twice a day; we have a batch that comes out at noon and another ready at 4PM. We happily take reservations and preorders by phone at 970.247.1988. All rotisserie chickens are brined overnight and covered with our house-made chicken rub. We truly believe these are the best tasting rotisserie chickens in the area, and they go fast each day. Great for carving, sandwiches, soups, casseroles, most anything you can dream up that needs some tasty chicken.

  • Prepared Foods

To help make life a little easier, we prep ready-to-cook delicious food items including meatballs, crab cakes, meat loaf, and carne asada.

  • Specialty Items

There are a variety of specialty meats we carry that are not displayed in the Jack’s cases including lobster, crab legs, quail, duck, deer, elk, buffalo, and other wild game—when at the counter, please ask what is available or what you specifically are wanting.
