You'll Never Miss the Egg Salad

Diet Type: Vegetarian

Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  One package firm tofu
  1/4 cup minced red onion
  1 carrot, grated
  1/4 cup Nayonnaise to start
  1-2 teaspoons Turmeric or Curry powder
  salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:

Drain and mash tofu. Add onion and carrot. Stir Turmeric, salt and pepper into 1/4 cup Nayonnaise. Add to tofu and veggies. Add more Nayonnaise and spices if needed.
